Had to get an unexpected tow from Superstore this evening. I called Excel Towing and they were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone. Mark showed up in less than 10 minutes cracking jokes and making me feel better about my unfortunate situation. He was extremely nice, had the car on the truck in no time, and took us to the nearest garage. 10/10 will call these guys again when I inevitably have more car trouble.

My car broke down unexpectedly downtown Halifax during rush hour. I called Excel Towing in a bit of a panic but was calmed down instantly when Darryl said they would be on location in 20 minutes. I was shocked when they arrived within 10 minutes during rush hour traffic downtown Halifax. They hooked up my car within minutes and off they went to my mechanic.
