We are always interested in hearing from safe, responsible and qualified tow truck operators who live or are willing to relocate to the Halifax area. Road Service Technician Needed
The successful candidate must have strong customer interaction skills along with other motor/mechanical skills and an impeccable driving abstract. The candidate must be able to work independently in an organized, productive manner going to & from service calls. This position’s working hours include daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.
The job responsibilities include helping customers in roadside assistance situations with:- Battery boosts
- Vehicle door unlocks
- Fuel delivery
- Flat tire repair, balance, and change
- Vehicle maintenance – lubrication, fluid top-up and/or replacement (oil, radiator, windshield washer, brake, transmission), replace filters
- Driving service truck to customer location to provide services
- Assist lead mechanic and perform other duties as directed
